At KTM Spare Parts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
